INTERNATIONAL ORDER POLICY
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS PLACED ONLINE
Thank you for your interest in placing an order with Main Street Safety. Since we are located in Orlando, Florida in the United States, we have certain restrictions on shipments outside of the country.
Please note that international shipping costs are not automatically calculated with your online order. After you place your order, we will contact by email about the shipping charges. At that time, we will ask you to authorize the final dollar amount to be charged to your credit card.
SHIPPING FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders will be shipped via UPS or the USPS (United States Postal Service). We will quote you the least expensive service available for your area. ***It is EXTREMELY important that you provide us with your COMPLETE physical address, which includes a VALID postal code. Once your package leaves the United States, we are not responsible for lost packages, and you will not receive a refund.***
DUTIES OR TAXES DUE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Main Street Safety is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be imposed by customs when your package reaches your country. We are unable to provide you with information about duties, taxes, or other fees that may originate in your country. By placing an order with Main Street Safety, you agree to accept any and all charges that may be in addition to regular shipping costs. If you choose to not pay for these fees, then you abandon your package and are not entitled to any refund. Once the package leaves the United States, the package is your responsibility to either claim or abandon.
LEGAL RESTRICTIONS ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT OF CERTAIN SAFETY PRODUCTS
Please check with your local authorities. Some of our products may be restricted for import and possession in your country. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product you are ordering is legal to possess. Although we may not be restricted by United States law to export an item, it may still be unlawful for you to import and/or possess these items.
As the buyer you become the importer of record and it is your responsibility to ensure that you are abiding by all local and international laws pertaining to importing and possessing anything you order from Main Street Safety. No refunds will be given for packages confiscated by customs outside the United States.
If your shipment is confiscated by customs:
If your shipment is confiscated by United States customs, you may be entitled to a refund or reshipment. However, once the package leaves the United States, it then becomes your responsibility, and not the responsibility of Main Street Safety, to either reclaim or abandon the shipment. No refunds will be issued for packages confiscated by customs outside the United States.
