By placing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner and that he/she is of legal age. STATE RESTRICTIONS It is the responsibility of the buyer to review all applicable state restrictions for certain safety products such as self-defense spray and stun guns. We reserve the right to refuse an order for items that are not in compliance for the state of residency for the buyer. Review laws regarding stun guns. We will not directly sell stun guns to the District of Columbia, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Michigan, Rhode Island, New Jersey, Wisconsin, or New York State residents.
