Main Street Safety, offers three convenient ways to order. You can order from our extensive online store with high level encryption and solid privacy policy Call us toll free at (877) 860-SAFE (7233) during the week, Monday - Friday with business hours of 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST. Mail us a check call us first to confirm shipping and FL sales tax. Make check payable to "Main Street Safety". Mail check with order request to: Main Street Safety 3956 Town Center Boulevard #407 Orlando, FL 32837 How can I pay for my order from your store? For website orders and telephone orders, we accept the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Checks are acceptable for mail order, but the order will not be shipped until the check clears the bank for transfer. This process may take two weeks from receipt of the check. How are the items shipped? Our extensive line of safety products are shipped either UPS ground or USPS. Standard shipping costs are $6.50 per order, but shipping is FREE for all U.S. orders over $75.00. Do you ship outside of the U.S.? If you are interested in shipment outside of the United States, please contact us. Due to legal restrictions, there are certain safety products that we can not ship outside of the United States. Do you offer overnight shipping? For overnight shipping requests, contact us. We will contact you to determine the availability and shipping costs for overnight service. RETURN POLICY At Main Street Safety we stand behind every product we sell. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item has been damaged during shipping please All our products are brand new and come with full factory warranties (unless specifically stated otherwise). In addition, we warranty all products against defects in material and workmanship for 90 days. After 90 days the manufacturer warranty applies. NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS: Any exchanged or returned merchandise must be in its original factory condition including all parts and pieces, boxes, manuals, adapters, packing materials and warranty card {not filled out} and any other accessories. Non-defective items returned within 60 business days may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. If a non-defective return is missing parts, pieces, manuals, warranties, packaging, etc. it is subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge, plus the replacement value of the missing parts and or material. Non-defective items cannot be returned after 60 days. See Special notes below for return policy on hi-technology items such as camera detectors and digital products. There will be no refunds issued after the 60-day satisfaction period expires, but we will instead replace the defective unit as noted under warranty. Retain all documentation and material. All returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. You must within 5 days of your receipt of merchandise to request an RMA number. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. TERMS FOR MEDIA PRODUCTS: E-BOOKs, SOFTWARE, CDs, VIDEOs and DVDs are NOT RETURNABLE if opened. DEFECTIVE RETURNS: You may return defective items to us within 30 days for exchange {less shipping charges}. After 30 days the manufacturer's warrantee will apply. for an RMA number as mentioned above. Due to the nature of the products, returns will not be accepted unless the product is found to be defective. Are there any legal restrictions or requirements to purchase these safety products? Yes. Before you order, you must read and accept the terms of our legal information. You must be over 18 and accept the legal restrictions for certain safety products listed on our legal information webpage.
