DETECTS MOST CAMERAS
This can detect hidden cameras of all types - wireless hidden cameras, camcorders and hard-wired cameras. Use it to detect very small video cameras, such as the new sugar cube sized video cameras that can be hidden just about anywhere. This unit features a five-step solid-state meter that can help you zero in on those hidden video cameras. It is super easy to use.

EASY TO USE
When you take it out of the box, all you do is plug in the antenna and then turn it on, the batteries are already installed. Once you turn it on, sweep it around the room and if there is a camera in the room, one or more of the five little lights will light up. More lights tells you when you are pointing it in the right direction and when you are getting closer. Fewer lights tell you that you are moving farther away from the camera.

LATEST TECHNOLOGY
Now for some technical stuff: The sensitive external antenna is specially designed to pick up the horizontal oscillator frequency 15.75 KHz radiated by video cameras. In other words it can sense and detect the inner workings of a video camera, whether the camera is wireless, hardwired or a portable camcorder video recorder. Once the video camera is detected, its location can be quickly determined by vibration and then the five-step LED meter and Sensitivity control. Tests with various cameras show a detection range of 2 to 15 feet, depending on the type of camera.

DURABLE FOR COMMERCIAL USE
The MSCD-004 has a rugged aluminum housing and measures 4 Ľ inches x 2 Ľ inches x 1 Ľ inches thick, a little smaller than a cordless phone. So it will fit in a briefcase, or a medium sized purse. It weighs 10 ounces and comes with two 9 volt batteries already installed, a plug-in antenna and illustrated instructions.
